There is much debate around the artistic accuracy of these terms; Pollock himself is said to have disliked the ‘action’.
When assembled ether plane canvas or with gaps or framed is up to the customer but will cover a large space wall or can be broken up into two or even three pieces or individual works of art. Stating that “technique is just a means of arriving at a statement”, and that “it doesn’t matter how the paint is put on, as long as something is said”.
